Pareto chart
Pareto chart)
A graphical tool for ranking causes from most significant to least significant. It is based on the Pareto principle, which was first defined with respect to quality by J.M. Juran in 1950. The principle, named after 19th-century economist Vilfredo Pareto, suggests that most effects come from relatively few causes; that is, 80% of the effects come from 20% of the possible causes. The Pareto chart is one of the seven tools of quality.

PER :Price Earnings Ratio

Poka-Yoke (mistake-proof)
Poka-Yoke (mistake-proof))
Mistake-proofing techniques, such as manufacturing or setup activity designed in a way to prevent an error from resulting in a product defect.
For example, in an assembly operation, if each correct part is not used, a sensing device detects a part of unused and shuts down the operation, thereby preventing the assembler from moving the incomplete part on to the next station or beginning another one. Sometimes spelled poke-yoke.
Poka-yoke refers to mistake-proofing (also error-proofing or fool-proofing).
